We always recommend reservations, as they are the only way to guarantee a seat on board! Walk-on tickets may be available depending on the capacity. However, this is generally not the case for our food cruises, as all meals are prepared in advance.

Like many businesses in town, we unfortunately do not have a private parking lot. We recommend the municipal lot on Jordan Street, as it tends to be the most stress-free option! You can find more parking details on our Plan Your Visit page and in your reservation confirmation email.

There’s no formal dress code—just dress appropriately for the weather! We recommend checking the forecast on the day of your cruise. Evening cruises can get cooler on the water, so bringing a light jacket is a good idea.

We cruise rain or shine, so please dress accordingly! If we need to cancel a cruise due to severe weather, we will notify you as soon as possible. In that case, you can either reschedule or receive a full refund.

Yes! Dogs on a leash are welcome on all sightseeing cruises. Unfortunately, pets are not permitted on dining cruises.

Sightseeing and Cruise & Carry-Out Cruises: Seating is first-come, first-served. If you have a preferred seat, we recommend arriving early to be at the front of the boarding line.

Food Cruises: Seating is pre-assigned. If you have a special seating request, please let us know when making your reservation, and we will do our best to accommodate—though requests cannot be guaranteed.
